  7. The most important marketing techniques
    1. The operator uses statistical analysis of traffic on the website, through Google Analytics (Google Inc., based in the USA). The operator does not provide personal data to the operator of this service, but only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies in the user’s end device. In terms of information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information derived from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
    2. Operator uses remarketing techniques that allow you to match advertising messages to user behavior on the site, which may give the illusion that the user’s personal data is used to track it, but in practice, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to the advertising operators. The technological condition of such activities is the use of cookies.
    3. The operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology means that Facebook (Facebook Inc. with its registered office in the USA) knows that the person registered in it uses the Website. Based in this case on the data to which he is the administrator himself, the Operator does not provide any additional personal data from Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies in the user’s end device.
    4. The operator uses a solution to test users’ behavior by creating heat maps and recording behavior on the website. This information is anonymized before it is sent to the service operator so that he or she does not know which physical person they are concerned with. In particular, the recording does not apply to the entered passwords and other personal data.
    5. The operator applies a solution to automate the operation of the Website in relation to users, e.g., can send an email to the user after visiting a specific subpage, if he consented to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.
  8. Information about files cookies
    1. Service uses cookies.
    2. Cookie files (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Website User’s end device and are intended for use of the Website’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time of their storage on the end device and a unique number.
    3. The subject placing cookie files on the Website User’s device and accessing them is the Website operator.
    4. Cookie files are used for the following purposes:
      1. maintaining the user session Website (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Website,
      2. fulfill the goals set out above in the “Important marketing techniques” section.
    5. The Website uses two basic types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored in the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
    6. The software for browsing the web (web browser) usually by default allows the storage of cookies in the User’s device. Website Users can change the settings in this area. The web browser allows you to delete cookies. It is also possible to automatically block cookies. Detailed information on this subject is provided in the help or documentation of the web browser.
    7. The restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.
    8. Cookies may be used by the operator cooperating with the Service User. Website operators, in particular, this applies to companies: Google (Google Inc. with registered office in the USA), Facebook (Facebook Inc. based in the USA), Twitter (Twitter Inc. with its headquarters in the US).
  9. Cookies management – how to express and withdraw consent in practice
